Please read these terms carefully before engaging our services. By booking a consultation or purchasing a service, you agree to these terms. If you have questions about anything here, contact us before proceeding.

Who We Are

Sunder is a digital privacy and separation service. These terms govern your use of our services and website at gosunder.com. You can reach us at jonathan@gosunder.com.

What Sunder Is and Is Not

Sunder is a technology consulting service. We help individuals separate shared digital accounts, secure credentials, and remove personal information from data broker sites.

Sunder is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. Sunder is not a licensed private investigator and does not conduct investigations on your behalf. Sunder is not a forensic examiner and does not produce court-admissible forensic reports.

Nothing we provide constitutes legal, financial, or investigative advice. If you need those services, please consult the appropriate licensed professional.

Services

All services are described on our website and confirmed in your service agreement prior to commencement. Services include:

The specific scope of your engagement is defined in the service agreement you sign before your session begins.

Payment

Payment is required in full before any service session begins. All fees are clearly stated before you commit to a service. We do not offer refunds once a session has been completed, as the work performed cannot be undone.

If you cancel before your session begins, you may request a refund within 48 hours of payment. Cancellations after 48 hours are subject to a 25% administrative fee.

The Watch retainer is billed monthly. You may cancel at any time with 30 days written notice to jonathan@gosunder.com.

Your Responsibilities

By engaging our services you confirm that:

Evidence Preservation

If you are involved in active legal proceedings, it is your responsibility to consult with your attorney before we remove, delete, or modify any data or access. Sunder is not responsible for any consequences arising from the removal of information that may have been relevant to your legal case.

If we discover evidence of unauthorized monitoring software or other suspicious activity during your session, we will stop and notify you before taking any action. You agree to consult your attorney before we proceed with removal in active litigation situations.

Limitation of Liability

Sunder provides services in good faith using industry-standard tools and practices. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services, including but not limited to data loss, legal outcomes, or relationship consequences.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Confidentiality

We treat all client information as strictly confidential. We will not disclose information about your engagement to any third party without your explicit written consent, except as required by law. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved in the courts of the State of Texas.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the updated date at the top of this page. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
